The Salento Latino restaurant is the result of the union of two families passionate about Colombian gastronomy and sharing their culture. Our goal is to provide an authentic culinary experience to everyone, through typical dishes that reflect the cultural and geographical diversity of Colombia.
Additionally, at Salento Latino, we strive to offer an experience beyond food. Our space is designed to transport the Latin American community to enjoy traditional cuisine with a taste and atmosphere that takes us to our homelands and provides comfort and lots of nostalgia, through its warm decoration and traditional music.
Our experienced chefs use only the best ingredients to create delicious, nutritious, and faithful dishes to our cultural roots. We also offer vegetarian options so that everyone can enjoy our delicious dishes.

Salento is a Colombian town located in the department of Quindío, considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is famous for its coffee plantations, lush landscape, and the Cocora Valley, where wax palms and a diversity of birds can be found. Additionally, it is located northeast of Los Nevados National Natural Park, which features snow-capped peaks.
On Real Street, colorful buildings and handicraft shops can be found. Salento is one of the most beautiful towns in the entire Coffee Axis, with colorful houses that reflect the tenacity of its people and the natural beauty of the Cocora Valley.
